History
Used for hunting starting after the war. Large game in the area. Then in the 1970s James Yetman built his quarry. Not profitable? Abandoned? Mined quartzite. Then the Odinescorp Reprocessing facility was built on top of the quarry. Used the existing caves and quarried rock for storage. Closed in 2009 following an accident. Area now closed by Labrador Forest Authority.

Nearby regional airport. Built by Odinescorp or just upgraded? Still operational. Services towns, bush surveys, wilderness supply. Closed one third of the year for winter. Former factory worker still works at the airport.
